These terms apply to the My Sylva app, made by Lucas Broering. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

• You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app, under My Sylva → Delete account.

Be kind

My Sylva is a friendly place for collectors. You may not:

• Choose a username that is offensive, hateful, sexual or meant to pretend to be someone else.
• Send friend requests to bother, harass or spam other people.
• Use the app in ways that harm it or others, such as creating accounts in bulk, collecting other people's data or trying to get around its security.

We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. If someone is breaking them, tell us at mysylva@lucasbroering.dev with their username and #SYL code.

The catalog

The catalog comes from the Sylvanian Families Wiki and is shared under the CC BY-SA license. Pictures are loaded from the wiki and belong to their owners. The catalog may have mistakes or be incomplete.

My Sylva is a fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epoch or Sylvanian Families, and their names and products belong to them.

No guarantees

My Sylva is free and provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
