Delete your My Sylva account

In the app

1. Open My Sylva and go to the My Sylva tab.
2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom of the Account section.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to mysylva@lucasbroering.dev from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account: e-mail address and password.
• Your profile: username, #SYL code and profile picture.
• Your collection and wishlist saved in your account.
• Your friends and the friend requests you sent or received.

All of it is deleted right away and cannot be recovered. Nothing is kept. Deleting in the app also removes your collection from that phone.
